What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Answer form submission information will be held for a period of 6 months for competition purposes, then deleted. This information will only be viewed by authorised staff and will not be used in conjunction with any promotional content nor provided to any 3rd parties.
Contact form information will be the same as above, only being stored for a month then deleted.

For a user who places an order, we request personal information on the order form used in the shopping cart. Contact (name, address, email, etc.) and payment information (credit card number and expiration date) is requested. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer’s order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact the customer. Credit card transactions are processed using a third party payment gateway system. The payment gateway is an authority in trusted modular payment solutions and security systems on the Internet.
